  1. DRAWING CONTEST ENTRY RESTRICTIONS.
    1. Any drawing contest (“Drawing”) entries which do not comply with Drawing rules may be disallowed at the sole discretion of Cavalier Cigar Company.
    2. The Drawing is open only to legal U.S. residents who are over the age of 21. Employees of Cavalier Cigar Company and their families are not eligible.
    3. This Drawing is void where prohibited by law.  Drawing entrants residing in any area where the Drawing is void may participate in the Drawing but may not win any prizes.
    4. Only one Drawing Prize winner is allowed per household or family. 
    5. The Drawing Period will begin on June 1, 2024, and end on June 30, 2024, and all Drawing entries must be received on or before the ending date.
    6. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.  Entries are limited to 1 per person per day during the Drawing Period. If you wish to enter this promotion without making an eligible purchase and submitting the online form, please send a 3.5″ x 6″ post card with your name, address, phone number, and email address printed on the back to: Cavalier Cigar Company Attn: “Promotion” 505 University Dr. E Ste 303, College Station TX, 77840. Cavalier Cigar Company is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misdirected or postage due mail/entries. Any entries received after June 30th, 2024 at midnight will not be eligible to win.
  2. DRAWING PRIZES.
    1. Each Prize will consist of a gift card of $200 value to either Home Depot or Murdoch’s.
    2. A total of two Prizes will be given out to entrants at the conclusion of the Drawing Period: one Prize each to two different Drawing entrants.
    3. Odds to win a Prize depend on the number of entries received.
  3. PRIZE WINNERS.
    1. Prize winners will be selected within 10 days of the conclusion of the Drawing Period by a blind, computer-generated random drawing conducted by a senior Cavalier Cigar Company employee at the Cavalier Cigar Company location. Each Prize winner will be attempted to be contacted at the contact information provided at least three different times. If a Drawing winner does not contact Cavalier Cigar Company or is unable to be contacted by Cavalier Cigar Company after three attempts, then that winner may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Cavalier Cigar Company, and an alternate winner will be chosen by random.
    2. The Prize winner is the only one who can claim the Prize and must present legal proof of identification in person. Any income tax liability incurred as a consequence of receiving a Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.
    3. Drawing winners must execute and return a Certificate of Eligibility, Consent and General Release form within 10 days of notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, at the sole discretion of Cavalier Cigar Company, and selection of an alternate winner. 
  4. All Drawing participants agree to be bound by these Rules.  Cavalier Cigar Company, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the Drawing, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these rules.
  5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. CAVALIER CIGAR COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE, LOST OR MISDIRECTED EMAIL OR FOR ANY COMPUTER, ONLINE, TELEPHONE OR TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS THAT MAY OCCUR.  IF FOR ANY REASON, THE DRAWING IS NOT ABLE TO BE CONDUCTED AS PLANNED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INFECTION BY COMPUTER VIRUS, BUGS, TAMPERING, UNAUTHORIZED INTERVENTION OR TECHNICAL FAILURES OF ANY SORT, CAVALIER CIGAR COMPANY, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, MAY CANCEL, TERMINATE, MODIFY OR SUSPEND THE DRAWING.  ENTRANTS FURTHER AGREE TO RELEASE CAVALIER CIGAR COMPANY FROM ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OR RELATING TO, PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAWING.
  6. WINNERS LIST. The name of the winner may be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Cavalier Cigar Company Drawings, 505 University Drive East Suite 303, College Station TX 77840.
  7. GRANT OF LICENSE BY PARTICIPANTS. Drawing participants hereby grant Cavalier Cigar Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to broadcast, publish, store, reproduce, distribute, syndicate, and otherwise use and exhibit the Drawing submission (along with their names, voices, performance and/or likenesses) in all media now known and later come into being for purposes of trade or advertising without further compensation. Participants represent and warrant that they have full legal right, power and authority to grant Cavalier Cigar Company the foregoing license and if applicable, have secured all necessary rights from any participants in, and contributors to, their Drawing submission in order to grant such a license.
  8. USE OF DRAWING INFORMATION. All entries become the property of Cavalier Cigar Company, which reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Drawing, including submissions provided by the Drawing entrants, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
