Thank you for purchasing a table for Stogies & Steaks 2021. To expedite our check-in process, we ask that you please complete the form below, if possible. This will ensure that check-in runs smoothly and that all guests are up to date with event information. Each table will be set for 9 guests, please don’t forget your name on this list if you plan to attend. 

We understand that you may not have all of this information yet, so it is fine to resubmit this form as you determine who your guests will be. As the forms are completed, we will be adding your guests to our email list so that they will receive event information and updates.
